Automated three-dimensional library
Three-dimensional warehouse, also known as elevated warehouse or elevated warehouse, generally refers to the use of several layers, more than a dozen layers or even dozens of layers of high shelf storage unit goods, with the corresponding material handling equipment for goods storage and out of the warehouse operations. Because this kind of warehouse can make full use of space to store goods, it is often called "three-dimensional warehouse".
Automated three-dimensional library is basically composed of the following parts:
1. High-rise shelves: steel structure for storing goods. At present, there are two basic forms of welded shelves and combined shelves.
2, pallet (cargo box): used to carry goods, also known as station equipment.
3. Roadway stacker: equipment for automatic access to goods. According to the structural form, it is divided into two basic forms: single column and double column; according to the service mode, it is divided into three basic forms: straight road, curve and transfer car.
4. Conveyor system: the main peripheral equipment of the three-dimensional warehouse, responsible for transporting the goods to the stacker or removing the goods from the stacker. There are many types of conveyors, such as roller conveyor, chain conveyor, lifting platform, distribution car, hoist machine, belt conveyor, etc.
5. AGV system: namely automatic guided trolley. According to its guiding mode, it is divided into induction guided trolley and laser guided trolley.
6. Automatic control system: drive the automatic control system of each equipment of the automated three-dimensional library system. At present, the control mode is mainly based on field bus.
7, inventory information management system (WMS): also known as the central computer management system. It is the core of the fully automated three-dimensional library system. At present, typical automated three-dimensional library systems use large-scale database systems (such as ORACLE,SYBASE, etc.) to build a typical client/server system, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP systems, etc.).
The technical performance of the automated three-dimensional library:
(1) Control system
Advanced technology, the use of field control bus direct communication, the real computer only monitor not control, all decision-making, job scheduling and field information are by stacker, storage conveyor and other field equipment through mutual communication to coordinate.
● The pallet number of each cargo location is recorded in the database of the stacker and the computer respectively. The administrator can use the comparison function to compare the records of the computer and the records of the stacker and make modifications. The modifications can be completed automatically and manually.
● The system software and hardware functions are complete, the user interface is clear, easy to operate and maintain.
● The stacker has the function of automatically recalling the origin, that is, in any case, as long as the fork is centered and the horizontal operation is normal, it can automatically return to the origin according to the issued command. This means that operators and maintenance personnel can try not to enter the roadway.
● The intelligent control system can realize the real automatic inventory function, avoid the previous heavy manual inventory work, reduce the work intensity of warehouse management personnel, and ensure that the error rate of outbound operation is zero.
(2) Monitoring and management system
The monitoring and management system includes modules such as data management, warehousing management, outbound management, query, reports, documents and inventory, alarm, monitoring and animation.
Automated three-dimensional warehouse using advanced automated material handling equipment, not only can make the goods in the warehouse according to the need for automatic access, but also can be organic connection with the production links outside the warehouse, and through the computer management system and automated material handling equipment to make the warehouse become an important part of the enterprise production logistics.
