The double-depth shelf series is derived from heavy-duty beam shelves with simple structure and high storage capacity, thus effectively alleviating the storage requirements that cannot be met by ordinary beam shelves and doubling the storage capacity of ordinary beam shelves. Double depth shelves are widely used in tobacco, food and beverage, packaging and other industries. The specifications of such shelves can be appropriately changed according to customer requirements.
Steel structure platform refers to a shelf form that uses square steel, round steel and H-shaped steel as upright posts, uses H-shaped steel or special C- shaped and buckle beams as floor bearing layers, is connected according to the connection mode required by the steel structure design specification, uses special steel attic panels as floor layers, and uses high-strength screw bolts and special fasteners to connect various components and floor panels.
The overall structure of the attic shelf is assembled. Usually, medium-sized shelves or heavy-duty shelves are used as the main support and the floor panel (which shelf is selected according to the total load weight of the shelf unit). The floor panel usually adopts special floor panels such as cold-rolled steel floor panels, checkered steel floor panels or steel grid floor panels. Beam type shelf is currently used a wide range of shelf types, with strong versatility, can be adapted to various types of goods, according to the requirements of the size of the goods to adjust the height of the beam. Heavy beam type shelves are mainly composed of columns, beams, cross braces, diagonal braces and self-locking bolts. The connection between the beam and the column is mostly mechanical locking structure, which can be disassembled and assembled at will. The beam adopts a special cold-rolled P-type closed beam; the structure has the characteristics of simple and reliable, light weight, strong bearing capacity, and low cost; the column card and the column are connected with a specially designed safety pin to ensure that the beam is under external impact Will not fall off. According to the characteristics of the storage unit assembly equipment, functional accessories such as partition, steel laminate (wood laminate), wire mesh layer, storage cage guide rail, oil barrel rack, etc. can be installed. According to the actual use of the user: pallet load requirements, pallet size, warehouse actual space, forklift actual lifting height, can provide different specifications of the beam type heavy shelves for customers to choose.
Shuttle rack is generally a pallet as a storage unit, is a more advanced space use scheme, suitable for first-in first-out and first-in after-out operation. The specific implementation process is that the forklift truck and the goods are placed in the required working channel. Through the remote controller, the shuttle truck will independently complete the lifting and driving actions of the goods and deliver the pallets to the designated location. The position of the stored tray is identified by the sensor. There is no contact between trays during tray access. Shuttle-type shelves are characterized by high utilization of warehouse space and good system stability, especially suitable for the storage of large quantities and single varieties of goods in food and beverage, cold storage, fast-moving consumer goods and third-party logistics industries.
